Mr. Pounds played an integral role in the establishment of Exervio Consulting as the leader of business development. As Vice President of Client Services and Strategic Partnerships for Exervio Consulting, Mr. Pounds has attracted and retained key clients and business relationships throughout the Professional Services and Financial Services Industries. Pepper holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mississippi and is an active member of the Information Technology Council of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, the Harris YMCA, and First Baptist Church.
