All Rights Reserved Mark Heisig Mark Heisig has over twelve years of consulting practice, management and leadership experience across both large, global consultancies and small, entrepreneurial start-ups. Mr. Heisig began his career working for Mercer Consulting Group and continued there for eight years. During that time, Mr. Heisig spent time consulting in several industries; including: financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, professionalservices, health-care and not-for-profits. His consulting practice focused on operational improvement, strategy development, business process design, organizational design and change management. Upon leaving Mercer, Mr. Heisig joined POV Partners as the Business Transformation Practice Lead for the newly opened office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the next two years, including several acquisitions, Mr. Heisig built a management consulting practice for POV Partners, Whitman-Hart and subsequently, marchFIRST. Upon the dissolution of marchFIRST, Mr. Heisig played an integral role in the establishment of Exervio Consulting as the leader of consulting delivery and solution quality. Mr. Heisig holds a B.A. from Indiana University as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Indianapolis. Mr. Heisig participates in various business and community associations and events including the National Association of Business Economics.
