Reggie Hammond

Reggie Hammond has a long track record of engaging clients to develop and execute business strategies that are focused on driving business performance. For the past fourteen years, Mr. Hammond has brought his clients deep industry expertise, a healthy balance of business and technology solutions and a collaborative, teaming style that clients have remarked are what makes him stand out amongst his peers.

Mr. Hammond joined Exervio to launch and manage its Atlanta Office. Having worked in the past with Exervio Founder and CEO, Anthony (TJ) Felice, Mr. Hammond was encouraged by Exervio’s focus on client results first and foremost and its culture that team dynamics, entrepreneurial spirit and respect for the individual are at the cornerstone of a healthy practice.

Mr. Hammond most recently spent thirteen years with Accenture where he developed and took to market their ERP Value Realization offering through the Global Business Solutions practice. As global offering lead, Mr. Hammond was responsible for gathering and advancing Accenture’s thought leadership on how to assess a client’s ERP benefits realized to date. This was particularly timely as many clients struggled with understanding whether or not their multi-million dollar investments had paid off and what capabilities represented additional value yet to be realized.

Mr. Hammond has worked primarily in Consumer and Industrial Goods having engaged companies such as Unilever, Hallmark, Earthgrains, Deluxe Checks, Victoria’s Secret Stores and Borden. His experience has migrated from Shop Floor “Just In Time” Reengineering to Process Reengineering (Michael Hammer) primarily in Demand Generation and Order Fulfillment to SAP implementation to business case development and benefits realization. He has also had substantial exposure to Chemicals and other natural resource companies including NOVA Chemicals, Shell Chemicals, Borden Chemicals and American Electric Power.

Mr. Hammond holds a B.S. in Marketing from Albany State University of Albany, Georgia and an MBA from The Ohio State University with dual emphasis in Operations in Finance. Mr. Hammond is a mentor in the Georgia 100 program, which is focused on developing the leadership potential of high performing, middle-level management women. He also volunteers with the Washington Park Junior Tennis Academy in Historic West End. Mr. Hammond enjoys playing tennis, basketball and has recently begun playing golf.
